In the morning we had sessions about activating our bodies and minds. And in the afternoon we learnt how to show and release anger and stress. The last session was dedicated to stage movement and how emotions are shown in musicals.

In the morning we had a lecture about music therapy. We also talked a lot about music and the 7 elements of music.

In the afternoon we were practising forms and techniques of relaxation. Some of us even fell asleep :) so it was good!

We learned about ourselves through presentation of national rhytm and activities

In the afternoon we visited the Park of Miniatures and took part in the concert of Polish music in Paulinum Palace.
